The property is very up together and clean, the staff are extremely polite and are always on hand when you need them. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and modern, they also have good aircon which is rare to find around the area.

Lovely staff, super friendly and really welcoming. Food is delicious. Beach is amazing. We did not try the pool but that also looked nice. There is service at the beach with nice drinks and food. Hotel is really beautiful and has a nice and cozy atmosphere. I was here with my mom and sis. We had a lovely week of relaxing together.

A peaceful retreat among olive trees and real Tuscan hospitality We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained property, lovingly managed by Giorgio and Lorenzo — two hosts who embody the warm and genuine spirit of the Maremma. The estate is surrounded by nature, especially olive trees, creating a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. Our studio apartment was very clean, nicely finished, with a comfortable shower and all the essential amenities. The kitchen is a bit compact, but this is more than compensated by the well-equipped outdoor barbecue areas — some of which can be reserved for private use. Firewood is always available and comes directly from the property, adding a rustic and sustainable touch. The medium-sized pool is well maintained, with an efficient filtration system — perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. The nearest seaside is Follonica, just 15 minutes away, but if you drive a bit further you can easily reach the stunning Punta Ala. The surrounding area is full of local farms and you can really breathe in the traditional countryside lifestyle that still thrives in this part of Tuscany. A small suggestion: adding some salt, pepper, and a courtesy bottle of water in the kitchen would be a nice welcome touch — a simple gesture that could elevate the experience from 5 stars to "superior"! Highly recommended for anyone looking for nature, tranquility, and authentic Tuscan charm.
