This small B&B in heart of Tuscany really deserves its high rating and is a very good price for value. It was an experience to stay in this old, charming rural house in Tuscany, and get introduced with its very nice hosts Carolina and Paolo. We loved lovely morning swim, beautiful house and its surroundings, liked delicious breakfasts. It was special to eat Carolina's hens eggs. Carolina really cares her guests, is authentically kind and pleasant in communication. She is also attentive - she really cared that every our wish would be fullfilled as well as possible. I love tea, and it was very cozy to drink tasty herbal teas in room every evening, and there was even a lovely jar with some nice biscuits. This place will be highly appreciated by guests, who want to see a real Tuscany and meet kind Italians.

Everything was very good. The apartment was large and very comfortable. The beds were also excellent and gave us a good sleep each night. Staff were excellent; kind and attentive. Location is also super for touring around the medieval villages and towns in and around Chiusi.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The location on top of a hill, with 360° views is stunning. Beautifully manicured grounds, lovely pool and the room was spacious, very clean and elegantly furnished. The breakfast buffet offered lots of variety including homemade cakes, fresh fruit and eggs made to order. Served on the terrace, it was a great way to start the day. We also ate lunch and dinner here twice during our stay and everything was delicious. The real highlight for us though was the staff; they are so welcoming and incredibly gracious. Paula and Harald deserve special mention, as nothing was too much trouble for them. We are so grateful to Harald especially for driving us to the train station when our taxi failed to arrive for our VERY early departure. Thank you so much! Needless to say, we would stay at Porsenna Resort again without hesitation.

Delicious food. Local products of the highest quality. Excellent coffee. Rebecca made pancakes for the kids, although it wasn't in the standard offer. We spent a fantastic week. We enjoyed a delicious dinner every day. A wonderful dessert! Roberto and Rebecca are wonderful and caring hosts. the entire facility and all its elements are very neat and clean. You can see that they put a lot of work into the place and pay attention to details. Fantastic and hardworking people. We are glad that we could spend these few days with you. Enjoy a lovely sunset overlooking the vineyards while dining outside. The children were also delighted with the dogs. The property itself is in a good location for those who plan to explore northern Umbria and southern Tuscany. We will definitely come back here someday!

It was the most beautiful place and house I have eve visited in Tuscany. Garden with swimming pool were charming and Carolina and Paolo were just perfect and verry helpful. Breakfast with Carolina’s cake every morning were pure joy and perfection.

Lovely location on the farm with all the animals (pigs, goats, sheep, donkey, peacock, chicken,cats, etc, you will hear them). The natural swimming pool is AMAZING-BEAUTIFUL (a bit of a walk 10min down on the domein but worth it). Very nice clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment (Piena). Very good wine. Beautiful domein surrounded with wine yards and olive trees !

We had a wonderful stay here and it felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. Beautiful large property with swimming pool and gardens. The breakfast was wonderful for a small fee. The hosts were great!
