It is a very cute hotel at an excellent location in Udaipur, ideal for exploring the town. The staff was very friendly, fulfilling all our needs. The room was small, but very nicely decorated and clean, with a large and clean bathroom and a large and very comfortable bed. The WIFI worked perfectly.

What did I like? Everything! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff, setting the tone for a truly special experience. Booked a Grand Lake View through booking.com. We were upgraded to a room with balcony - and we did not have a direct view of the lake as the balcony oversaw the inner garden, city, mountains and a partial view of the lake. Despite that, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive and friendly. During the evening there was a troupe of local folk singers that entertained the guests with their singing. The food was delicious - and the buffet is recommended since ordering ala carte would end up adding to the same amount. Would recommend trying their signature malpua - it was fantastic. The complimentary chaat counter during the evening was amazing. Do sit by the lake during the evening or after dinner for a peaceful experience.

We've travelled around the world. You make us proud that there could be a wonderful place such as yours for service, maintenence of property and impeccable attention by the staff to every single request. Even the IT person was sent to our room to help us connect to WiFi. Not even New York hotels provide us with such service. The way the hotel is run speaks for a high quality management that's on par with top most hotels in the world. You have done India proud. We chatted with other guests while we were there. They were in awe with the way the service was provided effortlessly. So well done. Congratulations.

This property is truly stunning! 😍 Beautifully and aesthetically designed, it has all modern features and amenities. The staff is incredibly warm and always ready to assist anytime. We were welcomed with a Tilak and Mala, which made the arrival experience very special. 🫶🏻 Absolutely loved this. The hotel is one of the best places to stay. The rooms are thoughtfully designed. Some rooms have charming jharokhas and they also offer jacuzzi rooms. Every corner of the property is crafted with attention to detail , even the washrooms, which have impressive interiors and premium toiletries. And yes, they even provide a hair dryer, which is a major plus for girls! Now coming to the food : oh my God, it was extraordinary. Truly super se bhi upar! One of the best meals we had. Mr. Abhishek the GM, is extremely kind and supportive. Deshna ji and Lakshita ji, the owners, personally looked after us to ensure we were comfortable. They kept checking if everything was perfect and honestly, it was. Zero complaints! This is undoubtedly the best hotel in Udaipur at such affordable prices. A must-must-must try! ❤️
