Superb Hotel,deserves more stars Staff friendly and helpful and exceptional Reception staff Siddi, Deepasha were the best Gym instructors helped me with my training daily Restaurant manager was excellent and looked after our team so well including the chef Sunil who made special dishes to suit our needs . Everyone staff member went above and beyond I really appreciate them all The rooms were excellently decorated and very comfortable Good pool and great view I certainly recommend this lovely place

One of the best places in Mumbai, the hotel rooms are clean and really spacious, we really appreciated the beautiful gesture with complimentary cookies and wine, and staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable as well as help us with needed information and amenities. The hotel and location were great, provided amazing view to the lake. The staff was very attentive and caring. The restaurant also had good food and were mindful of allergies (although they were not marked, upon request information was provided).

Room is too much spacious and clean only one problem I face that the spary pipe in bathroom is not working properly in my room

The trident hotel was really a great experience. Our room was comfortable, spacious with a good view and an amazing bathroom. The rooftop with the swimming pool is super nice and we also really appreciated the washing room to freshen up after check out and before our flight home. The service is great and the staff is extra attentive!
