My excellent experience in ITC Kohenur, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hyderabad, When I arrived at the ITC Hotel around 10:00 am, I had no more luggage because the Lufthansa Airline failed to deliver my luggage due to their poor service. Ms. Baby immediately informed me that I could check in early, after getting up I ordered a hotel car with the excellent driver “Mr. Daveed". With his help I was able to buy all my clothes and linen as I have important meetings the next days. That was a great relief for me. The front desk was very active in collaborating with the airline and shipping companies to deliver my luggage. It was a very difficult operation but as a team we managed to deliver it late afternoon on the 18 August ( the day before departure) otherwise I would not have received my bags until to-day. I find the staff everywhere very friendly, helpful, attentive and very polite. I filled up very well. My executive room was excellent and the food was very varied and tasted great. With all this help in the hotel, I solved all the problems and fully achieved the goal of my trip.
