I recently stayed at Cloud9 Sarovar Premiere Hotel in Goa, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. My partner is pregnant, so we had very high standards for cleanliness, comfort, and overall care during our trip, and this hotel absolutely delivered. The room was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped, making it a perfect, cozy space for us to relax. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch, which gave us so much peace of mind. It’s also worth noting that this is a relatively NEW property, having opened just a few months ago, but they’ve already got everything running beautifully. We loved everything about our stay. The pool area was lovely, and the food was incredible! delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety. One great bonus was the free shuttle service to the beaches, which made it so easy to get out and explore without any hassle. The best feature, though, was the amazing staff. Every person we interacted with—whether at the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, or spa—was kind, attentive, and truly focused on making our stay as comfortable as possible. They really went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for, which we appreciated even more during such an important time in our lives. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Goa, I can’t recommend Cloud9 Sarovar Premiere Hotel enough!

This hotel was perfect for my first stay in Goa. The food was amazing and the staff were great. Close enough beaches with a short drive you can go to mutiple beaches. The staff went above and beyond for our stay with recommendations of where to go and assisting us with a taxi to the airport when our one fell through. Just a great experience.

Large, nice and clean room, looks new. There is a fridge and a kettle, which is very nice. In front of the room there is a terrace with armchairs and a table where you can sit and relax. Good internet, so you can work from your room. The swimming pool is a big advantage, especially when traveling with children. Very good breakfasts to choose from menu. Nice staff. The beach is nearby, a walk of about 200 meters along the road with souvenir shops.

The staff were excellent, especially the lady on reception Super helpful. The rooms and property were very clean and well maintained. A pleasurable place to stay very close to the beach, with an added bonus of a swimming pool 👍🏻👌🏼

First of all let me tell that after travelling worldwide and stayed on numerous hotels,you wont find such a wonderful staff like this hotel...Nileesh was terrific ,very helpful and extremely humble and gets the requirement fone in no time.Dileesh was also very helpful... The hotel has a good facilities and extremely value for money and much vetter to the nearby five star hotel to this location....Has a swimming pool and small kitchen counter and large fridge.. Its very close to the beach and great peaceful location
