The entire property is fabulous. Great to spend a week-end, visit the Sula vineyards, unwind and spend good quality time. The swimming pool inside the room is a gem, rooms are super clean and with a beautiful charm. The staff is warm and helpful. Everything was exceptional! The property is very new and recently opened so everything was in top condition. I really loved the way the property is built. It's very well thought and even the tiniest details are taken into consideration. The central lawn/ garden is beautiful and it leads to the lake with grape plantations. The view is spectacular and it is so airy that there is no need of air conditioning. I'm really happy booking this place! The staff are so courteous and kind. Especially special thanks to the kitchen staff for their warm hospitality. Each and every member were kind and generous. Thank you to the very kind owner who was also staying at the property. Thanks for taking the time out to ask us for feedback and improvements.

I really liked the peaceful and nature-filled environment of Touchwood Bliss. The location in Igatpuri is stunning, surrounded by mountains, greenery and a calming atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious and beautifully designed with a nature-integrated touch. The homely hospitality from the staff made the stay truly memorable. They were very polite, warm, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The pure-veg and Jain-friendly food was a big highlight, with every meal tasting fresh, hygienic and thoughtfully prepared. Touchwood Bliss is also perfect for family stays, destination weddings, corporate retreats and celebrations, with multiple lawns, cozy sit-outs and beautiful photo spots all around the property. Overall, the experience felt refreshing, relaxing and extremely well-managed.

We loved it here! Firstly, all members of staff were exceptional. They were very friendly and super helpful. The hotel restaurant’s wine and food was glorious. We had lunch at the Asian restaurant downstairs and the food was delicious. Our rooms (we stayed there on two different nights) were very clean and the beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. And huge! We enjoyed staying there so much, that we decided that whenever we travel anywhere, the Marriott will be our first choice.

Overall ambience. The room was good. Restaurant Aster was excellent. In general, the staff is polite and courteous. Amenities are decent - billiards and table tennis room along with a gym. Swimming pool is well maintained.

I loved the interior of the hotel and the rooms.The swimming pool was fabulous with the jacuzzi which was warm and massaging in the cold. The gym was really good and so was the sauna.The breakfast and the meals were good.The washroom was veey big and had all the facilities you needed.All the things were good. But there were a few problems.
