The property is situated beautiful between the teaplantations and takes you away from the business of Munnar. The staff was amazing with our kids and went out of their way to play with them and accommodate them. The activities offered were lots of fun as well and we basically didn’t have yo leave the resort - that’s how beautiful and amazing it was.

As a lover of small and intimate boutique style hotels, I found the Chithirapuram totally to my taste. The hotel is thoughtfully decorated, the rooms are quite roomy, and it was excellent value for the price. Perhaps what made our stay so enjoyable was the charming and funny manager Manoj. What a tremendously nice man ! Nothing was too much trouble for us. During our stay I developed what could have been a serious condition and he drove me down to the hospital in Kochi. As if that was not enough, he stayed for a few hours to potentially interpret and make sure that I was getting the proper care. As another bonus, the food was also quite good.

As a British tourist visiting Kerala for the first time, staying at The Feel Munnar Resort was truly one of the highlights of my trip. Nestled amidst the lush green hills of Munnar, this charming resort offered the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and breathtaking views. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Their warm smiles, helpful nature, and prompt service really stood out. The check-in was smooth, and we were immediately struck by the serene atmosphere – exactly what you'd hope for when visiting Munnar. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with a private balcony overlooking the misty hills and tea plantations. Waking up to the sunrise with a cup of freshly brewed local tea was a truly unforgettable experience. The bed was comfortable, the linens crisp, and the bathroom modern and well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delicious Kerala cuisine with generous portions and plenty of vegetarian options. I particularly enjoyed the traditional breakfast and the evening campfire experience – a lovely touch that brought guests together. The resort also helped us arrange a tea plantation tour and a guided trek, which I highly recommend for anyone wanting to explore the natural beauty of Munnar. The location is peaceful yet well-connected, making it easy to access the main attractions like Eravikulam National Park and Mattupetty Dam. We enjoyed our stay. Resort location and swimming pool with mountain views was good. Resort is not overcrowded, so stay was more like private and pleasant.

Amazing view of hills and waterfall from room, swimming pool, and restaurant. The food and service were excellent. Also had some lovely extras that you don't find in many hotels, free afternoon tea with a view and about 6pm someone comes to room to check everything okay and give you a snack. Also, daily activities, like yoga, morning nature, walk to waterfall etc All staff helpful and smiley. We will definitely return to this hotel when next in India

A wonderful hotel set amongst the tea plantations with exceptional views of the waterfall and the surrounding countryside. A delightful terrace for eating and drinking, set next to the swimming pool. The rooms were exceptionally spacious and beautifully appointed with excellent bathrooms. Moreover, the staff were unfailingly helpful, friendly and courteous that contributed to a lovely two days of relaxation and walking amongst the tea plantations.

A wonderful stay which is was very clean and comfortable. The room itself was aesthetically pleasing and a wonderful view from the balcony. Great hospitality from the helpful staff. Brilliant facilities indoors, ranging from a swimming pool, gym, and sports/conference hall. In house restaurant served nice food.
