Beautiful garden on a canal. Village life in the backwaters. We ate every evening at the homestay as the home cooked food was delicious. Lunch snacks from stalls nearby. Ajith and his parents were perfect hosts; welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, can’t praise them enough. Come here to rest and relax.

Beautiful hotel right on the lake with lovely gardens and a large swimming pool. We were upgraded to a private pool villa which was spacious, clean and quiet despite renovation work nearby. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly especially Chinnu. The restaurant served a great buffet breakfast and dinner there was delicious! The hotel provided afternoon tea with snacks which we loved. We enjoyed the village walk with Amil who was friendly and informative.

The perfect retreat for a few nights of total relaxation - from the moment you take the boat to get there to leaving the experience is fantastic. Absolutely stunning location, the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, professional and welcoming. A beautifully well kept location. The food was excellent from breakfast to dinner. The highlight for me was Navin the yoga/meditation guru - morning yoga sessions and evening mediation was the perfect way to start and end the day. Navin is very kind and experienced teacher, really a pleasure to meet him, he’s also incredibly knowledgeable about books and reading, so please ask him to recommend a book if you’re a book worm like me, he was fantastic!
