This was our second stay in this Hotel. The moment we arrived, we immediately felt at home again. We were greeted warmly and even were recognized right away with a lovely "So nice to have you back." That moment made us truly welcomed, incredibly happy and instantly created a feeling of familiarity. A very special gift for us was, that we were given the exact same room like we had on our last stay. It felt as if everything was meant to be - a small miracle that made us genuinely happy. The hotel has become a place of peace, relaxation, and recovery for us. A true second home. The breathtaking view and the wonderful panorama over the city has impressed us every single time. Even before entering the hotel, the characteristic scent has greeted us and brought back so many beautiful memories. The hotel's fragrance concept makes the stay an experience for all the senses - simply delightful. The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and courteous.
