I did not expect a kitchen/living room, this was a great plus. Dishes knives and forks and electric kettle were supplied, as were instant coffee, tea, and milk in small containers. It was possible to obtain pots and pans for serious cooking by making a small deposit. Clothes washer and drier were likewise available for a deposit. All staff were incredibly helpful.

It was great a typical breakfast and some differences from one day to another a bit crowded as it was a big hotel Cardiff Lane.

Excellent breakfast, beautiful room and balcony, superb hydrotherapy pool. Next to IMMA and short distance from Phoenix Park. Good Italian restaurant just opposite.
