Overall a great experience. Service at the reception very friendly. We were arriving with a hire car and luckily as it was the weekend, we were able to find a free parking space on street outside, but we were also offered a parking space in the basement car park (limited spaces). The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in my life. The room was very small, but it was extremely cosy to wake up with an amazing view of the river. I would definately recommend this hotel for a romantic weekend getaway. The breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was absolutely delicious.

All new, with a lift and excellent security. Very good bathroom. Compact but with enough space to unpack; good storage. Wonderful location on campus and close to the city life we came to experience. We didn’t mind not having a television (or tea and coffee making facilities: we had the use of a kitchen and lounge if needed). Good WiFi. Checking in was easy, and all instructions were clear. We were given fresh towels each day. Breakfasts at The Buttery were excellent.

The location was great very close to Bord Gais Theatre. The car park recommend by the hotel was under/beside the theatre and discount was great. Swimming pool area was clean and was supervised while we were there. Ice and vending machine available on floor. Great value.

Everything was wonderful. Slightly out of the hustle and bustle in a beautiful area, on major bus routes which was great. Hotel was grand, breakfast was delicious and plentiful, room was SUPER comfy and the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna were gratefully used.

Food, both breakfast and lunch were great. The staff were fantastic throughout the hotel. Brilliant service and always happy to assist. Swimming pool, sauna, hot tub and steam room were fantastic. Spotlessly clean and not to busy. The only thing stopping the hotel from getting top marks was the main restaurant was closed for refurbishment meaning dinner choices were very limited.
