Loved the gardens, the pools, the comfortable rooms, the attention.to small details like welcome drinks (we skipped those cause the kids we eager to jump in the pool, but its a very nice touch!), a free gelato (yum!!), unlimited drinkingwater etc. But the friendliness and professional approach of the staff made the stay exceptional. No idea how it is when the hotel is fully booked in the weekend, but during the week its been 10/10 on every level. Will be back!

Amazing place, the views and location we loved it. Definitely suited to our outdoor personality. A huge thanks to the phenomenal staff, we had the best time. Fantastic ite seeing nearby and they made the best food in semarang we could find.

Staff super friendly, brand new hotel, nice swimming pool. And very importantly, they don’t provide plastic bottles with water but they use a gallon in the room! I find that a very good initiative.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating, especially Rois who provided exceptional service and hospitality. The room was well presented and extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast had excellent variety and high quality food. The pool and facilities were very clean and not too busy.

The hotel is generally nice with great facilities. It has a beautiful outdoor garden with a playground and some animals for kids to feed and a small water park. However, during our stay, the pool was under renovation so it was not available. The food is great. Even though the breakfast was not too varied it tasted delicious. the restaurant menu was also great. The room has enough space and is quite clean however I thought they needed more maintenance so it looks updated.

Beautiful resort with picturesque buildings, very nice staff, clean rooms, great breakfast buffet with lots of different options. Communication in English possible. Pool and playground are perfect for kids.
