Beautiful place, very quiet, basic and simple, all you need to for break from the city. Great place for families, we went with a 2-year old and he loved it, the pools, the beach, the whole facility is very kids friendly. Staff was very helpful and so nice. Food was great. I strongly recommend the place!

Very beautiful place. Its peaceful and quiet. Really enjoy my stay here for relaxation. Clean unit and clean beach. I like the toilet. Its an open concept🤭The staffs are all super friendly from the gardener to the driver and all especially Ms Linda and Mr Erik, they really go all out to meet customer's need. We went to the resort in May and it was very peaceful and quiet, we basically had the whole common pool for ourselves. The staff and local people in the area were amazing, incredibly welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the people of Bintan. The food at the hotel restaurant Azura is really tasty, especially the smoothies. We drank those all day everyday! We also booked a tour from the hotel and it was really nice!

The breakfasts were delicious, the rooms were excellent, clean and beautifully furnished. Good to have air con, the blackout curtains were amazing. Evening meals were superb and we loved sitting on the pontoon watching the sun set. Staff all very friendly and helpful.
