Love your hotel. Very quiet as it is not one of the bigger resort hotels at the beach front where I saw so many guests squashed like cans of sardines at their pool side. I love every hard working staff of the Alantara. My biggest respect goes towards all staff. They work hard to make our stay more safe, comfortable and enjoyable. So the property is always clean. The swimming pool is clean. Our room is clean. The room is comfortable in size, not too big but not too small. The lovely balcony, I wish I had more time to spend by the balcony or by the swimming pool. We were out a lot. Next time, I would like to spend more time at the hotel. Breakfast, if you are from Australia, try the bacon, I live in Australia, and I totally forgot what the delicious bacon taste like. I am originally from Japan and the bacon in Japan is nice but the bacon at the hotel is even nicer. Also the noodle soup! Wow devine. My last breakfast tomorrow morning, I will have the bacon and noodle soup again ❤️ I thought laundry service at the hotel was a bit pricey but the hotel happily suggested we go to the local laundry which is a few houses next door to the hotel. Also we needed to print out some documents that we needed for next trip from Bali and they printed out for us happily. They kept smiling and supported our stay with warm and kind gestures. Thank you so much for your professional and attentive hospitality.

Beautiful room, pool, grounds and breakfast. The staff are the KINDEST, helped me arrange pick up and fast boat to Gills. Excellent communication via WhatsApp. My pick up arrived 20 minutes early, when the cook was kindly making me breakfast a little earlier than their start time due to my early pick up..She made me a delicous egg sandwich to go and 2 little coconut wraps!

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The team is extremely friendly and courteous. The villas are as advertised in the picture and are equipped with high end equipment and appliance and overall there is great attention to detail and quality of everything in the villas. The location is also great as it is right next to the public beach and about 30 minutes from the airport. There are four different breakfast menus to try, ranging from American to Balinese, we tried all of them and all were great. The villas themselves were stunning - spacious, clean, amazing high ceilings, wonderful private swimming pools, fantastic bathrooms with outdoor showers. Perfect for a private family holiday. Each unit had a generous outside space with tables and chairs, sofa and sunloungers. We had our breakfast delivered each day as it was convenient (kids often still in bed so easier than marching them over to the main restaurant area).

Liked everything about the hotel! The hospitality and service are excellent. Stayed in beach villa, very well equipped, nice swimming pool area, direct exit to the beach. Two separate bedrooms, with a bathroom, shower and outdoor showers. The food in restaurants is very delicious. The Spa is nice and very cosy. When I needed medical help it was quick and well organized directly in the villa.

The place is very quiet, the sound of the fountains near to the swimming pool are very relaxes. Room very clean and confortable, you have mini bar and all you need.

Amazing staff, they all were so friendly and responsive. Any question, they will assist you. And very nice cookies in the kitchen. You can also ask them to make ginger tea with honey, that was very tasty. Attention to small details. Swimming pool was cool and you can relax on the beds on the water. Shower was one of the best things in the room, kind of a small waterfall.

Beautiful tropical gardens surrounding a large natural looking swimming pool with lovely little rocky waterfalls. Unfortunately, the water in the pool was extremely warm, rendering it useless for a refreshing dip. On the positive side, the private villa pool temperature was a little cooler. Great location, only a 200 metre walk to the beach down a quiet lane. Villa rooms are quite spacious. Alacate breakfast was very nice. Resort staff were always polite and responsive towards our needs.

Great for kids. Swim up Bar. Great cocktails. Two lovely swimming pools. One with kids slides and water bucket: A few nice restaurants on the beach front in front of hotel. Live music at night on the beach. You can hire go karts and bikes on the beach front. There is a long boardwalk to ride up and down. lots of places to eat along the beach front.
