Beatiful place in the middle of nature, the family that’s owe it are very nice. Ozi the owner is the best. Bring you to the 5 waterfalls around for a very good price. I would recommend every body to stop and support their small business instead of just do a day trip to waterfalls

Location very close to the airport with free shuttle. Room was big and facilitated. Service was excellent - I was a bit dizzy when checking-in, they did everything to make sure I take care (helping me with luggage and ordering room-service dinner). Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. True gem for Lombok airport layover.

My stay there was more than amazing thanks to Ida! I loved every day I stayed there. She showed me everything around, and took me to her school, to the market and even to the local celebrations of Independence Day! Also, the locality is pretty convenient, very close to the airport. Definitely a way to start your stay in Lombok. Only be aware that it's gonna be hard when you compare everything to this place later <3 Unforgettable experience. Thank you very much sister, hope to see you soon again!

I think I am spoiled after staying at El Tropico Hotel in Lombok! Service, food, location, price, room design, staffs, atmosphere...everything is PERFECT! We stayed at El Tropico during Christmas, booked 2 different types of room - one with bathtub and one without. El Tropico gave a free upgrade to the room of my partner's mom to the same type as a little X'mas gift. This is a sweet surprise and very heartwarming! Service was impeccable!! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. Staffs are super friendly and polite, every single staff went above and beyond to make your stay filled with happiness and unforgettable. 2 thumbs up for Wahyu (Front Desk "Santa Claus"), Egis, Sa, Dede, Fikri, Putri..... and all other staffs who we didn't have enough time to get their names. Thank you sooooo much for the top notch service. Food and drinks - yum yum yum. We had cocktail happy hour everyday by the pool. Breakfast - you have a menu to choose from but the options basically covers everything you want for breakfast, portion is big. Don't miss the smoothie bowl and avocado toast!! Choose the package with breakfast, you won't regret. They have 3 very clean swimming pools - a long one on the roof top which we stay everyday, less people and there are some cabanas for hotel guests, more chill out atmosphere. If you prefer some music, the ground floor big pool is fantastic, don't worry, it's not loud, just giving you a bit of tropical groove feel. The 3rd one is on the other building of the hotel. I am not a big fan of semi-open or open ceiling bathroom because I am afraid of geckos, which is almost unavoidable in Indonesia. Our bathroom is the semi-opened ceiling type, it's HUGE with a bathtub! I was a bit worried during check-in but Wahyu assured me there will be NO geckos in the bathroom/bedroom. I was so surprised during our 5 nights stay, I didn't see any gecko in the whole resort at all!!!

Location is very good, walking distance all restaurants and bars. We went surfing to Grupuk with motorcycles that was also convenient. Staff is very friendly and the facilities are super nice. We came back after last year and it was very nice to stay at this place again. Breakfast and food and also all the drinks and desserts are super tasty. Fully recommend it!

The staff!! Pia and the team were incredibly kind, generous and always available to help us with anything! We loved how quiet and private our bungalow felt and it was always peaceful within the grounds. The bungalow had everything we needed to cook with too.

We had an amazing stay at Reset. It's such a beautiful place, amazing garden with pool and the rooms were beautiful and clean. Super friendly stuff and the breakfast was delicious. This hotel is the perfect place to discover Kuta.
