The well manicured landscape, the whole design concept and layout of the lawn and hotel was just excellent.We did our morning and sunset evening seaside walk, in the whole length of the seashore from the start at Four Seasons to the other end (almost reaching the airport), we noticed only the Intercontinental Bali's seashore was clean, well kept and without stones and large corals. The staff were amazing! Extremely attentive, super polite and just made out stay so welcoming. We visit Bali regularly, every two to 3 years and stayed and many locations, Intercontinental Bali has been the best so far.

The hotel was beautiful - two-storey wooden cabins around a swimming pool and garden. There was one room per floor which meant the resort was quiet. The room was huge with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also massive - bathtub and shower with access to fresh air which was great. A sitting area outside the room. The pool was clean and well located. Breakfast (choice of meals from a menu) was substantial and freshly cooked. I couldn't fault the facilities. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a late flight out and asked about leaving luggage - they offered us extended use of the room and pool until time of departure with no extra charges - so grateful for this as it was a very hot sunny day and it was wonderful to use the pool. A lovely boutique style hotel. Close to shopping centre at Jimbaran with great food options and supermarket.

The swimming pool area is very well designed and relaxing, with a number of comfy couches and beds around the edge of the pool. We enjoyed the gradual slope entry design of the pool which made it easy to sit or lay around the edge or slip into the water. Our room (Lux) had a large outdoor deck under cover where breakfast was served in the morning and the large bucket seats make it easy to relax there. The beach is accessible through a 10 minute walk through a neighbouring hotel and down some stone steps and is beautiful.

Great location - close to the beach (easily walkable), friendly staff, good size bedrooms, private communal area with outdoor seating, great swimming pool and very good breakfast (good options and generous in size). Staff were helpful and attentive in organising bikes, airport pick-up and drop-off. We would recommended, however - see comments in 'what didn't you like'.

The buffet breakfast was a mixture of Western and Indonesian items. A lovely pool area with swim-up bar and towels were provided for pool use. Outdoor and indoor showers provided near the pool. Staff members were attentive and helpful.
