The rooms were clean. The linens, sheets, and towels were fresh. The Breakfast menu and foods at the pool bar were tasty. Free upgrade rooms.

I ask for the first time to pool staff to get pool towel (i was swim on the pool and theres so many people there) but after few hours the pool entrance was open but the pool towel is not ready yet. I think thats 20 until 30 mins to get the towel. Over all the room and the restaurant was good.

The property was very well maintained and very clean. Pool and coffee area were well set up for relaxing. The gym was well equipped and easy to use.

The room is clean and i see some improvement in cleanliness compared to my stay last year. I go to Jember and stay at Aston every year and I really like that this time, I dont smell any smoke residue in my room. But I still smell some in the corridor especially near the emergency exit. I have a very sensitive nose to cigarette smoke. The pool also cleaner. The staffs are very helpful too. The breakfast and food may need more improvement, but this time I dont try the breakfast
