Nice, cozy place. Perfect size for us family of 4. Super clean and neat. Complete with all you need including extra pillows and blanket, iron, hair dryer. Clean towels for all 4 of us. There's even lint roller! How thoughtful is that. Very easy to deal with Jess with clear instructions. Convenient to get around with Grab car, don't have to wait very long at all.

We were pleased to stay in ParkRoyal. Everything was excellent. From really great staff, cleanliness, variety of breakfast options to a spectacular view from our room. There is also a rooftop swimming pool and a gym (which we did not use). We really appreciated the complimentary bottles of water that were regularly supplied. Shopping mall (exchange office, ATMs and many restaurants) is in the vicinity.

usually I seldom stay in 5 star hotel since it usually look similar in business trip, it makes me feel bored and just for sleep. however there are so many surprises during the stay here. love all the oriental interior design. the king size bed is extremely comfortable, had wonderful sleep after whole week business traveling. and the 2 pools at 5th floor and roof. with fantastic design and light in the evening, and wonderful sunshine in the morning . the staff are helpful and with kind smile. really enjoy and relax in the orient hotel. will definitely visit again with families!
