We wanted to book for 6days but rooms were full and we were only able to book 1day in 1 room and 5 days in an other due to room availability. Upon arrival they told us they upgraded our room (chic) to a junior suite (with no extra charge!) so we could stay in that for the whole week and don't need to check in and check out again which was very kind first impression and made our day. Room were awesome, location is great easy to walk anywhere cool restaurants nearby, breakfast selection is enormous you can eat whatever you want, staff is super friendly. Pool is nice and warm with sunbeds.

The best holiday of our lives! We spent our honeymoon and a private wedding at Contessina Suites & Spa, and it was the best holiday we have ever had. The staff truly made us feel like family. I remember every person by name, and this connection is what makes this place unforgettable. A special thank you to Maria, Guest Relations Manager, who made every day memorable and supported us throughout the wedding preparations. We are also deeply grateful to Arsid, whose professionalism and generosity meant a lot to us — including the champagne, which made our celebration even more special. The hotel has a Michelin Key, but what impressed us most was the atmosphere, comfort, service, and attention to detail. This is not just a hotel stay; it is a unique experience. Breakfasts are excellent, with fresh juices, a rich buffet, and à la carte options. On arrival, we were welcomed with breakfast instead of waiting for check-in, which was a wonderful gesture. The hotel also upgraded our room for our wedding, something we will always remember. We highly recommend staying for at least 7 days to enjoy all the events and special dinners. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return.

It is a well-appointed and comfortable villa which is cleaned on a daily basis. It is very secure in a gated resort with a reception area. The staff are excellent. A welcome basket, robes and additional pool towels are provided. The location is excellent with a short stroll to the beach and a shop across the road. An excellent restaurant, The Halfway House, is also across the road. The accommodation and service are 5-star and Angeliki and her team ensure that everyone’s stay is thoroughly enjoyed. We can’t wait to return. It is the best place to stay on the island. Well done to the Mamfredas Resort and thank you!

The apartment was amazing, there was everything what we needed. Next to the apartment there is a swimming pool too, which was surprisingly great and very clean. The beach and the shops are up to 5 minutes walking. The owners were very nice and kind people.

nice staff, thanks to the lady from reception for changing our room after we complained that the initial one was to hot because it was at the last floor. Breakfast was good and swimming pool was very nice.

The hotel is really nice. Swimming pool, room, bar, everything was really good. Besides the big pool, we had access to a small pool also, which is shared between 5 apartments, so that was really nice. Room service clean room every day, new towels every day. 5 stars for cleaning. The room is big and new, the bed was really comfy. Beach is close, restaurants, bars, everything is around 10-15 minutes walk from hotel.

Our room was very good, and it was being cleaned daily which was great. The swimming pool was excellent, and suitable for little kids and ourselves. The beach was really close, just 5 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants and shops on the street. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
