The rooms are spotlessly clean and cozy and even the shower gels smelled amazing! Breakfast each morning was absolutely delightful. We also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel restaurant, and the food was consistently excellent. Whether you're in Borjomi for a short visit or a longer stay, this hotel is a fantastic choice.

The area was so quite and peaceful. Big lawn full of snow and all your needs are available (kitchenware, utensils, bbq items, etc.). The bonfire pit is nice. All in all, i highly recommend it if you're looking for a peaceful place to stay. Hot tub is available as well.

My stay at Crown Plaza Hotel in Borjomi was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, some of the best I've ever encountered. They were professional, always wearing smiles, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the river and mountains. The highlight was the amazing terrace, where I could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The lobby was stylishly designed, adding to the overall ambience of the hotel. As a thoughtful gesture, they provided cake and fruits along with a nice welcoming note, which added a personal touch to the experience. Additionally, the hotel offered free parking for my car, which was convenient. The location, next to Borjomi Central Park with a free park entrance, was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, my stay at Crown Plaza Hotel exceeded my expectations, thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Borjomi.
