During our stay, we have received exceptional service from front desk, restaurant staff, and night security. In particular, Steve & Simon at night, and Rachel at Reception. Indeed, they made our stay feel like home as they go above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable over Christmas For example, Steve made me a cup of tea at 3am (as I was jet lagged, could not sleep, and did not want to wake my wife to make a beverage). He also informed bar staff that he would "close out & clean up" after letting me watch my home NFL team the Seattle Seahawks after the bar was closed. Rachel provided us with service and assistance that was more commensurate with the concierge at The Langham, New York rather than a desk clerk, and enthusiastically attended to our every need. I have never experienced such a professional and friendly team of people in a UK hotel!

Just would really like, especially much for The Towers this weekend. Tired doesn't even capture anything and thank you to Tracy. I was so worried, you'd be not ok with me. Thank youso very much. Brilliant caravan with everything you needed! Nice and cosy right next to the entertainment. Couldn’t fault anything.

I visited for a few nights with my partner and our dog. The accommodation was amazing and very well presented. What was useful but isn't described in the listing is that there is tea coffee and milk provided. This was a really nice touch but useful to know in advance. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything we could need. There is a really efficient washing machine and dryer. No laundry detergent but there is a dishwasher and dishwasher tabs. The bath was amazing with beautiful views of the nearby countryside. Wonderful smelling bath soak is also provided. An excellent addition was a bin outside with clean towels for the dog, which once used can be placed in an adjacent bin. This was a lovely touch. They really have thought of everything. The surrounding countryside is beautiful with lots of great walks. Everyone we met was super friendly and there are lots of welcoming pubs within a 10 minute drive. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Welcoming and tidy. The host shared a video of to find the caravan which I thought was a brilliant idea and they were super friendly and so helpful!
