Location was very convenient for us traveling from Heathrow to Wales, we spent one night at the hotel and it was fantastic! The room is very comfy, and so is the bed. They have a restaurant and the food was simply delicious !!! There’s a soup of sweet potato and coconut you MUST try! Fantastic! And the main plates were so tasty as well. The room was silent, we had a wonderful night there.

We got an early check in. The receptionist in the Mansion House (Cecile/Cecilia) was very friendly and welcoming. The building and grounds were immaculate. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and they decorated the room and left us surprises which was lovely.

Huge rooms and we got upgrade to a family connecting room which was like a 2 bedroom flat. Nice breakfast with variety very friendly and professional staff

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel is new, with excellent facilities and a great atmosphere. Everything was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

Such an old property, with loads of character. Close to all attractions. We had an issue with the TV and the host sorted it straight away.
