This 4-star Novotel is 200 metres from Edinburgh Park Rail Station and a 12-minute train ride from the city centre. It has modern rooms and a heated indoor swimming pool.

It was wonderful. We got stuck at the airport because of a cancelled flight. The Novotel was a consolation. Staff was extremely nice, room was spacious and clean and the pool was great. We'd love to stay at this hotel next time again. Tops!

The hotel is a few minute walk from the airport. It is perfect if you arrive late or fly early in the morning (as I did). The staff is friendly. Rooms are absolutely wide, with very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

I loved everything. I stayed in 3 different hotels during my 2 week stay in Scotland and this hotel was my favorite. I lost my hotel key while I was running the Edinburgh marathon and the staff from reception just nicely gave me another one without any additional charge, so thank you :)

Great breakfast! Very good location. Near train station Edinburgh Gateway, 15 min by bus to the center or to the airport. Very nice hotel, nice people, very good service.

Located on Princes Street, The Balmoral has a 4 AA Rosette restaurant, a pool and a gym. Waverley Station and Edinburgh's main shopping area are within 5 minutes' walk.
