Anyone looking for a great place to stay... Look no further me and my family have just stayed at this stunning holiday home and it was perfect for us!! Plenty to do on the site and the home its self is amazing.. we booked this last minute and the owner was fantastic and more than meet our requirements so big thank you would recommend and stay again!!

The size of the Lodge took my breath away when I arrived the space i.e. wardrobes and bathroom exceptional. The kitchen was beautiful so much storage, we located opposite a fishing lake the patio area and veranda gave a lovely view to relax and eat breakfast etc

A really well appointed caravan which has been decorated really nicely and relatively recently. Had everything we needed for our stay. Our child managed to break something on the first night and the owner could not have been more lovely about it. Camberwell Sands has a lovely beach not more than 5 minutes walk away and the site has everything you would expect. I would not hesitate to recommend this caravan to anyone.

We seemed to be the first guests to stay here after what is obviously a major renovation. The chalet was amazing! It was immaculate! We stayed in the middle of winter and were nice and warm, there’s a full kitchen and the bathroom was superb, a full power shower, incredible for a chalet! In summer you could use the air conditioning system to keep cool, and we used the heating system which was really effective. There’s a big tv and lots of little things which made the stay exceptional. The mattresses were absolutely wonderful, so comfy, plenty of storage for clothes, definitely no smells of signs of damp that we have experienced staying in other chalets on this site. We have no doubts this place will get booked up quickly and is probably one of the best on this park Dean resort. It’s a short walk to the beach and you can hear the waves crashing, there was a magnificent sunrise and sunset when we were there. Everything here for us to enjoy a lovely well deserved rest, the local pubs offer excellent quality food, and the chippy in Lydd and the kebab shop was really good. Rye is a short ride away. There’s a shop on site which was closed when we were there which we have used before and that always has the essentials. So all in all a brilliant find. Gem of a chalet. Thanks so much for letting us enjoy the place! As Arnie says, “we’ll be back”

We seemed to be the first guests to stay here after what is obviously a major renovation. The chalet was amazing! It was immaculate! We have no doubts this place will get booked up quickly and is probably one of the best on this park Dean resort. It’s a short walk to the beach and you can hear the waves crashing, there was a magnificent sunrise and sunset when we were there. Everything here for us to enjoy a lovely well deserved rest, the local pubs offer excellent quality food, and the chippy in Lydd and the kebab shop was really good. Rye is a short ride away. There’s a shop on site which was closed when we were there which we have used before and that always has the essentials. So all in all a brilliant find. Gem of a chalet. Thanks so much for letting us enjoy the place! As Arnie says, “we’ll be back”
