I came for two days to relax, I liked the hotel room, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and smelled nice. I will definitely stay here next time.

Beautiful van , there was myself three kids and two chihuahuas. So much attention to detail eg poo bags, coffee pods . It’s so cosy. I couldn’t review staff as didn’t meet any. The only one fault I could find wasn’t anything to do with the caravan , it was the fact I couldn’t find where to put the rubbish and feel really bad leaving it bagged up outside

Beautiful hotel in the very heart of Carlisle. Staff throughout were lovely, and the room was large, clean and comfortable. Excellent little swimming pool with great opening hours.

We really loved this place. The building is quite beautiful and old. A pleasant surprise was the swimming pool with the long opening hours. We had adjacent rooms to one another which was a bonus when traveling with kids. The location is quite nice, near the station and the cathedral. The breakfast buffet didnt have that much veggie options but they could be ordered separately (try the vegan sausages, they are great). Also the paintings of Carlisle by Graham Twyford were beautiful.

Beautiful hotel with plenty parking and fantastic staff. Swimming pool was great for my son. Bar and restaurant were great with very reasonable prices.

Lovely old building, with a restaurant and bar on the premises. We had dinner in the restaurant, the food was lovely. A nice breakfast too. The room was a really good size and nicely styled. I loved the indoor swimming pool, that was a real bonus. Super comfy bed.

Good sized rooms and very comfortable. Pretty hotel in a quiet picturesque location that’s not too far from the M6. Excellent facilities with a good sized swimming pool, steam room, sauna and gym. Nice big garden area with outdoor seating. Good food at reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was situated in the town centre, excellent location for everything, room was small but adequate, in contrast the bathroom was big with a large window, making it very light, staff were lovely, everywhere appeared clean, the decor was in keeping with the age of the hotel, did not have breakfast but restaurants looked nice, indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi was very acceptable.
