The staff were fantastic- extremely friendly, informative and helpful. We arrived in the early morning and appreciated that the room was clean, set up with the kids beds and that check out the next morning was at 12. We were also able to have a good value mini breakfast after breakfast had finished for the morning. The mini play area and table football in the reception area kept the kids occupied while we were waiting. Excellent value for money on a stopover on our way back from holidays.

The breakfast was very nice. I would have liked to have a nice cup of breakfast tea not fruit teas, that is my only beef.

Staff went over and above to make us some food straight away on arrival after a long day travelling. The accommodation was really lovely and comfortable, only 4? Guest rooms so not over crowded, plenty of built in wardrobe and shelf space for clothes,bathroom modern and had plenty of towels, robes to wear and slippers for the spa. tea and coffee always available from coffee pod machine and kettle on corridor, always topped up, it was better that it was in sight of the staff to top up rather than having it in the room and having to ask for more. Resident cat leelou was adorable and made us feel home from home. Breakfast was promptly left outside the room on a trolley at time requested. Spa facilities lovely and clean. Really enjoyed our trip, lovely memories. Thank you!

Although it wasn't easy to find in the dark (and rain), the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was comfortable - an excellent shower - with a large bed. The restaurant was a great surprise. Not only was the food exceptional but the wine menu was pretty good too. All in all, a really good hotel with excellent staff - oh, and the breakfast was yummy too. Have to give this hotel top marks.

Ideal for a leisure or business stay, the hotel is situated 5 minutes from Lille Lesquin Airport and 10 minutes from the city centre. It offers spacious and modern accommodation.

Provided us with 2 family rooms that were interconnected. Swimming pool, although we didn’t use. Ample free parking. McDonald’s round the corner, loads of other food places with ten minute drive.

The apartment was very spacious and the the kitchen as well as the bathroom had anything you would need. The communication was very easy!
