The location for me was as perfect as it could have been given that my interest was in the local area. There was a supermarket and eating places within a 5-15 minute drive so it was easy to get stocks of food and supplies.

The host was very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. We brought a takeaway & bottle of wine back to eat outside and he brought us plates, cutlery & wine glasses! The bed was super comfortable and it was very quiet so we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent and had so many options.

The welcome from staff /management was very friendly and they spoke good English. Large comfy bed with Aircon The Restaurant the food was exceptional and reasonably priced. Many options to cater for all budgets. The hotel / restaurant was busy (which is a good sign) but everything felt calm and relaxed. Bar area in the shade to have drinks before Dinner after a hot day by the pool. Lunch available (set menu options) also Pool area had comfy sunbeds. Location as you could potentially walk to amenities Free parking 3*+ The amount of shops nearby (a hyper Mall) Easy access to D roads and motorways.

The house is beautiful and situated in a very quiet, rural setting. The pool was perfect and the hosts were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, homemade bread and jam plus a delicious fruit salad and perfect coffee! We had dinner at Pizzeria Juliet in Bastide de Armagnac (10min drive away) which was absolutely beautiful and delicious. Highly recommend and will be back.

This hotel is in a lovely setting with a lake in the grounds and an outside pool We booked last minute and we booked 2 separate rooms . Sandra messaged me straight away asking if we would prefer interconnecting rooms which we did . We received a very warm welcome and the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the dog was very welcome also . The staff could not have been more helpful

A lovely and relaxing home in Mont de Marsan. Arrived early but welcomed in by the charming host . Straight to the pool for a swim and a sleep. Best croissants in town ! Great location. Wished we had known about the Flamenco festival as we would have definitely have stayed longer - maybe next year !
