Patricia (our host) was fantastic making our stay on my Wife's birthday very memorable. Patricia and her Son cooked us a very special meal which was excellent and the facilities, Manor house and gardens were exceptional.

Boasting an indoor pool and views of garden, Le Manoir de la mantille is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Caudry, 10 km from Matisse Museum.

Excellent breakfast, charming, helpful friendly, superb grounds, dinner (pre-booked) very good. car parking on site. Didn't appreciate there was a swimming pool which was a bonus. The building is impressive late 19th century sympathetically restored/updated and extended. Easy access from D643 (Cambrai - Le Cateau).

Chambre d'Hotes La Chaiserie is located in Romeries and features a heated pool and pool views. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay.

Everything. Great location to start our European adventure. A real hidden gem! Wonderful swimming pool. Large grounds with small lake. Super dog friendly. Off lead walks near by. Our hosts David and Sabine were very helpful. So many places to visit locally. We enjoyed it so much we booked another 4 nights on our way home after touring Europe for a month. Only two hours to Calais.

Oh, where do we even start with this gem of a house? This place is an absolute 10 in our books! From the moment we stepped in, it felt like we were welcomed into a home rather than just a vacation rental. The owners? Absolute legends. They go above and beyond to make you feel like royalty, ensuring every detail of your stay is nothing short of spectacular. Let’s talk about that pool—pure bliss! Whether we were splashing around or just lounging with a drink, it was the perfect spot to soak up the sun and good vibes. The rooms? Spacious, spotless, and oh-so-comfy, making it easy to unwind after a day of adventures. And the living room? Three cozy sofas that practically beg you to kick back, binge a show, or just chat the night away with friends. It’s the ultimate chill zone. Now, a tiny heads-up: there’s just one bathroom and one toilet, so you’ll need a bit of teamwork to manage the morning rush. But honestly, it’s a small price to pay for such a fantastic stay. Our week here was amazing —huge thanks to Sebastian and Caroline for creating such an experience.
