The Novotal had suffered a major water leak and were unable to check us in on arrival, whilst they awaited repairs as they had no water at all. They had provided an alternative at their nearby Mercure Hotel, which we found excellent, recently refurbished, very nice rooms and a great breakfast. The managed this difficult situation exceptionally well.

Quality experience. Even though a small room it felt perfectly comfortable and had everything we needed. Free parking in the lot next door. Comfortable bed. Restaurants and beach a short drive away. Anne is an exceptional host and the breakfast cart was delicious. Highly recommended!

It is a very nice chateau located in a rural area in Normandy. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday there. The building is with the history, the restaurant is fantastic with the selection from 3-7 courses menu. Staff is so friendly, special thank you to Nazar who helped me to organise the present for my daughter. Also, they gave her a bouquet of roses from their garden, it was such a special gift. We are glad that we chose this place to stay in for such special occasion!

This Best Western is located in Ouistreham, 2 km from the ferry terminal and 7 km from Normandy's famous landing beaches. Guests can enjoy the outdoor heated pool.
