I had a big problem with my reservation, but a great manager and a super-kind concierge solved it with lot of patience and well hosting attitude. Very clean and confortable place, I liked a lot that the manager walks in the hotel, smiles to the guests and talk with them. It creates a very friendship ambience

The Novotal had suffered a major water leak and were unable to check us in on arrival, whilst they awaited repairs as they had no water at all. They had provided an alternative at their nearby Mercure Hotel, which we found excellent, recently refurbished, very nice rooms and a great breakfast. The managed this difficult situation exceptionally well.

A lovely place Very clean and has a great coffee machine The bed was comfortable The linen including the towels were the best which added to a very comfortable stay The hostess was lovely We got a little lost as not well signposted but once inside it was well worth it It is about 8klm to restaurants near the sea which was lovely but very little to see and do in the village I would recommend this as a great place to stay The pool and outside area was lovely as well but too cold when we were there

The swimming pool was incredible! Absolutely perfect for our kids (4 & 2 years old) with a ledge in the shallow end. The house is beautiful, stunning, and our apartment was perfect for us. Near the coast, and a lovely breakfast too, and wonderful hosts - can’t ask for more!

Our room was very big. We had our private entrance. The bathroom was huge and had a bathtub in the center and the towels were warm… all extremely well thought. A letter of reception, mini present, all in our expectations. Real luxury.
