Our room was just lovely, very comfortable and clean with a lovely little terrace. The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the busy centre so really quiet but 5 minutes walk to the tram stop which is only 2 stops to the fabulous centre of Bordeaux. Our host was very attentive & gave us anything we asked for during breakfast.

the host is extremely polite. The room was spacious and with great taste. When you arrive at the property it looks kind of dodgy from the outside but as soon as you get in you are surprised by its size, good taste and all in all a wonderful space. I truly recommend and will, for sure stay again when visiting Bordeaux.

This place is a perfect little oasis just outside of Bordeaux. The rooms are finished beautifully and everything was very clean. The pool and garden space is very tranquil. We loved the open communal guesthouse space too which is kitted out with everything you'd need too. Location is great, just outside of Bordeaux town, an easy 3 stop tram in. Le Bouscat has some great cafes, fresh food shops and restaurants too. It's right next to a lovely park also. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful, giving us loads of recommendations to make our stay extra special. Thank you!!

Excellent location. This hotel is rated 3 star but its more like 4 star. The staff are amazing (shout out to Elaine at reception and Valentine at the bar - although all the staff were brilliant). Nothing was too much trouble. Very close to the main train station / tram line / bus stop. Rooms were huge and spotless. Couldn't fault it. Would highly recommend anyone travelling to Bordeaux to stay here. Thank you, we had a wonderful visit.

Excellent hotel, with good facilities in the room, small kitchen, lovely shower and quality bedding. Not in the city centre but only about 15 mins on the tram. Travelling with our dog and the lake opposite great to walk the dog.

Attentive host who let us park our car before noon. Upgraded room Swimming pool Secure garaged parking - it's expensive to park except on a Sunday. Great breakfast Not too far from Bordeaux centre. Tram is 12 min walk away (nearer tram stop temporarily out of action). Interesting part of town which is on the up.

Excellent location, lobby was clean and had a pool table which was great. The swimming pool was decent but had a lovely view over the lake. Breakfast was brilliant, everything you expect in a French buffet and they even had gf and gf options.

Very happy with our stay at Bordeaux Cosy BnB. Our host was lovely and very accommodating. We had to be up early for the next leg of our journey which meant we would miss breakfast, so the host gave it to us in our rooms so we would at least have something before we go, very kind. The parking was convenient and ideal, with the BnB overall being very clean and comfortable. My only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer to try out all the facilities such as the swimming pool.

Facilities were great: small outdoor swimming pool, play area for children, water fountain bar to top up water bottles, fitness club, free parking and dog well accommodated. Staff also very friendly. Breakfast had a good variety of food including healthy foods and including different types of milk such as soya and almond.

Breakfast was great and all the staff were really lovely. Huge bonus was the swimming pool and outdoor area with bar and food service on the very hot days. Enjoyed the themed floors and artist rooms and decor. Thank you Mercure Lac!
