Maria Nieves was very friendly and met us at the property to explain everything. Hosts were readily available if needed, but not intrusive at all, which was perfect. The property is spacious, very safe and private with walled patio garden. It is part of a big working farm with locked gates. We had peacocks and a friendly donkey coming to say hi, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The property is at the outskirts of Ingenio, very close to the shops and the coast. The airport is within 10 minutes drive. Maria Nieves left fruit, wine, organic eggs, bread and olive oil, which was a very nice touch and made us feel very welcome.

We were amazed by hotel, the view, hospitality of all employes and food. Initially we booked option only with the breakfast and later on ended eating almost every day dinner in the hotel (20 Euros per person which we found very reasionable). Also to mention, there were a lot of creative vegetarian options on the table. Special thanks to Fernando, our receptionist who gave use very warm welcome. Highly recommend this accomodation. Absolutely fabulous! Very friendly and polite staff, cleaning every day, free site parking(public parking available as well) Been in December, very taste and healthy breakfast fantastic cooking. Definitely costs every cent you paying. Nice rooms views(sea/mountains). Perfect water pressure despite on 3rd floor. Gym, pool, workout zones, pitches for soccer, tennis,volleyball etc.. Perfect, recommend!

Monica made us so welcome ! It was the Perfect spot for a very pregnant me my husband and our toddler, all the baby freindly touches where so so appreciated she even left a sweet toy in the cot as a holiday freind and a book for our little one as well as baby bath , high ,chair and spare bibs and even a Nappy bin. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were Supper comfy, and that's saying something from a pregnant lady . The location was great for us 30 seconds from the beach and a spar just outside. And there is a small park basicly opposite the apartment entrance and two other bigger and very nice ones within walking distance.
