Big nice and clean room. Good sound isolation. Good location. It was a warm and bright room too given the time of the year which is great as I like the warmth, so it made the stay very cosy.

The room was beautiful and large with a lovely balcony The staff were very friendly and helpful it is definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed in I don't understand the poor reviews but I can only speak from our experience and everything was excellent We stayed in 304 and if it would have been summer it would have been lovely to have a drink in the evening on the big balcony
