- Large room with comfortable beds, balcony and huge bathroom. - Everything was very clean. - We loved the beautifully designed reception area. - The huge Olympic sized pool was fabulous. - The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating, and were kind enough to offer us a late check out so we could enjoy the swimming pool in the morning. - The property is pet-friendly, and although we didn't bring a pet, we enjoyed seeing other guests' dogs. - Parking was free and very convenient on the road outside the Reception area. - The hotel offers a conveniently located restaurant and bar/cafeteria with a nice outside terrace. - The hotel is located in a nice, wooded area which offers lots of shade in the hot summer months.

The old house is so pretty and beautifully furnished. Everywhere you look there is such attention to detail, the materials used for the curtains, the cleverly framed pictures and gorgeous lampshades, someone with very good taste was responsible for the decor here. Also it is very conveniently situated if one is going to Bilbao for the ferry. It is right on the edge of a quite road so it is easy to find.

A very unique property a mix of traditional and industrial. The room was large, well appointed and the bed huge. We were able to use the kitchen facilities to make both supper and breakfast and ate in the large dining room. Coffee, tea and some sweets were also available.

The room was beautiful and large with a lovely balcony The staff were very friendly and helpful it is definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed in I don't understand the poor reviews but I can only speak from our experience and everything was excellent We stayed in 304 and if it would have been summer it would have been lovely to have a drink in the evening on the big balcony
