We had a great stay, for a great price. The hotel just opened last year and still looks brand new. It's all very clean and comfortable. VERY good food (we had breakfast & dinner), nice -heated- pool and very comfortable & spacious room. The personel is super friendly and helpful (special shoutout to Luca and Baumar!! :)). We'll definitely be back.

Clean, quiet, beautiful terraces with grass, lots of space. The staff was very friendly. We have rented other accommodations in Tenerife 8 times, but this one was the best. I highly recommend it, even for a longer stay. I would gladly return there.

"I stayed at Green Park Apartments for 2 nights and honestly, it was a decent experience for the price. The apartment was spacious and had all the basics like a kitchen and washing machine, which came in handy. The pool area was definitely the highlight – clean and chill, perfect for relaxing during the day. It's also close to shops and a short walk to the coast, which was a bonus. That said, a few things could be better – the furniture is a bit dated and you can hear some noise from nearby flights since it’s close to the airport. But nothing major that ruined my stay. If you're looking for something budget-friendly with a pool and self-catering facilities, it does the job. Just don’t expect luxury. I'd stay again if I'm back in the area."

This apartment is absolutely beautiful. So modern, spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The host is so kind and helpful and they provided towels for the pool which was a thoughtful touch. We loved the balcony and used it every day - it feels private and you can enjoy music from the pool bar in the evening too. The apartment complex has a supermarket which was great to get everything you need for your stay. The staff at the pool bar and surrounding restaurants are very friendly. We found this apartment to be perfect for a relaxing week. You can’t fault it for such a good price!

I would especially like to praise Mr. Razvan, who was always available and very helpful during our stay. We needed information for restaurants, beaches, sights... I would conclude that Mr Razvan is professional, communicative and kind.

Awesome location, clean and big, nice balcony with a wonderful view, nice outdoor swimming pool, just feeling like home. The property staff ( owners) Riko and Werner were so friendly. They replied our messages very quickly whenever we had some questions. I would definitely recommend this place for travelers who like to feel like they have a second home in Tenerife during their holidays. Hope we will come back again soon😁
