The apartment was perfect and very clean. It is located just beside a grocery store, and the view from the balcony is incredible. It is very well equipped with a large fridge, kitchen appliances, washing machine, etc. The bed was comfortable for me - I like a firm mattress. If someone is used to something softer, they might find it a bit hard. The balcony also has comfortable furniture and is big with the unbeatable view of the ocean. I liked that tho' I could hear the neighbors, it was still very well separated and private. The garage is easy to access and very comfortable. The pictures are correct, you'll find the same when you stay here. I found Puerto de Santiago quiet, less frequented, which is exactly what I was looking for. There are restaurants nearby the apartment if you want to dine out - but be prepared to walk down- and uphill. The highway (TF1) is about 15 minutes drive, and the mountain-roads start right at the first roundabout. Everything is at hand, and yet it avoids the turmoil of a noisy tourist-location (at least in October). Santa and Denis were both very responsive and nice. Santa met me at the parking of Mercadona and showed everything in and around the apartment (how the gates worked, which key belonged to what and where the rubbish bins were) THANK YOU! :) I definitely recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful time on the island. The accommodation was perfect. The apartment is in a quiet complex with two swimming pools. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The parking space in the garage is convenient, which we appreciated during the hot days. The apartment is tastefully decorated, equipped with everything you need. We would love to come back and highly recommend it.

The host was great. Lovely large apartment, just as described, with large balcony and view of sea and sunset. Short walk to small beach, port and coastal walk. Nearby LIDL was great for self catering and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, but resort was peaceful which was what we wanted. Loved being so near to Los Gigantes.

Our stay at SVA&YA Sunflower in Playa La Arena was amazing! The apartment had everything we needed, including a private pool, air conditioning, and a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony with a beachfront view was a highlight. The location in Puerto de Santiago was convenient, and the free parking was a bonus. The apartment had free WiFi, a comfortable bed, and plenty of towels and bed linen. We enjoyed the terrace and the proximity to beautiful beaches like Callao Chico Beach, La Arena Beach, and Punta Blanca Beach. The option of a paid airport shuttle service was convenient. Highly recommended!

It's a really nice apartmant, same as on the pictures. The view is amazing, the sea is in 10 minutes walk, there a lot of beaches nearby. Lidl is in 3 minutes by walk. The host was really nice and helpful. There is a swimming pool on the roof on the 5th or 6th floor. We really enjoyed our stay here. Only problem was the contruction next door, but we knew about it, because the owner told us before our trip and we didn't stay in the apartmant all day, so it was fine.

Nice place, with good locations. La Arena beach is just a few minutes walk away. Swimming pool usually not busy, you will always find space for sunbed. Amazing view from the window. Nice neighbours. I definitely will come back here for holidays again!

The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable, it had everything. We felt very welcome by the host. The swimming pool in the area was good and had plenty of sun chairs. Also very good with an indoor parking availble in the building.

Excellent location in a peaceful tourist town with all necessary amenities. Very close to Lidl and Super Dino supermarkets. A ten-fifteen minute walk from the natural swimming pool or the cliffs. Heated outdoor pools for children and adults. Very friendly and helpful staff. Big balcony with a wonderful view of the town, the ocean and the cliffs. Spacious apartment.

Many luxury extras that made a big difference. The swimming pool was heated and turned out to be a highlight especially for the younger ones. Having the hot tub was great. The villa was very well furnished. Fully air conditioned and extremely comfortable. The owner was on hand and very responsive.

Perfect location, excellent customer care, quiet place with great outdoor swimming pools. Parking space and large balcony, kitchen well equipped. Very comfy bed.
