The whole experience was great. Everything was explained clearly, and the services provided were excellent. We were picked up from the airport and taken straight to the apartment for a very reasonable price. Both drivers, Nikki and Willie, were very friendly and professional. The apartment is located in the perfect area, very near all amenities, beaches, restaurants etc. It was very clean and has a great view. There was complimentary tea/coffee, and there was water and milk in the fridge, too. Everything you need is provided. There is a washing machine, cooking facilities, and even a hair dryer. The pool downstairs was great for sunbathing, and it was usually quiet. This was our first holiday with our baby, and we were a little bit nervous about how smoothly things would go. We were looked after during our stay. Provided baby seats in the cars, a cot in the apartment, and were even allowed to check out later than usual. We had a great time and will be back. Highly recommended.

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at the 2-bedroom holiday apartment, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. The location couldn't have been better - nestled conveniently close to shops, restaurants, the bus station, and even the beach, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the cleanliness and thoughtfully laid-out interior of the apartment. Every corner exuded a sense of tidiness and comfort, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. Furthermore, the host's communication was top-notch. From initial inquiries to check-out details, they were responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The rooms, service and location deserve the high rating. Firstly, we arrived late and could not have dinner but the hotel staff kindly left four trays of cold food, salads and fruit and we started our holiday with a midnight snack. This was a family holiday (aunty and 3 teenage nieces) and we paid for half board and were very impressed with literally everything: The hotel - Tastefully decorated and clean. We discovered something new every day during our week long stay. Location was perfect as there was access to two beaches and promenades with many restaurants, shops and entertainment and a shopping mall should one wish to leave the hotel. We loved that the hotel was very private, quiet, and secure. Perhaps it was just because it was the beginning of the holidays. The hotel provided the best environment for relaxation. Free water and cookies were also available at reception and a really fantastic idea after a walk. The teenagers loved the cookies! The food - Breakfast and dinner was exceptional. A variety of different cuisine made it easy to appeal to everyone's particular taste. For dinner, there were over 4 restaurants to choose from and the food definitely was Michelin star standard. The choices were endless and they catered for everyone. Entertainment was good, with live performances every night. Apart from the restaurants, there is a snack bar and several lounges. The pool - There was sufficient sun beds all day long with excellent service provided by staff. We particularly liked the free fruits provided by the poolside staff which was a brilliant touch and a great way to cool down. Games, gym and the spa - We spent an afternoon in the spa and sauna. The staff were simply amazing and the experience was fantastic. We played pool and table tennis and it was popular with the young crowd and a great way to mix with other guests in the evenings. The gym offered all round equipment which we used once :). We loved the view of the beach.

The location is fantastic, close to the beach and myriads of restaurants and bars, not to mention 50 meters from the main bus station, which provides a fabulous way to get cheaply and comfortably to the airport. The apartment itself is in great shape, with marble floors and an efficient kitchen, and the terrace/balcony on the 8th floor is large and provides beautiful sea views (and sunsets)! Also there are two shared swimming pools that are well-maintained with lounge chairs and tables available to guests.

Recently renovated apartment with all the things you need for your holiday (four adults and two kids stayed two weeks). Garden City is very well located with only a short walk to Playa Bobo. Also a short walk to the excellent supermarket Mercadona. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity (El Tejado is a superb tapas restaurant almost next door). There is a swimming pool bar and a small cafe, resturant and a small supermarket close to entrance to the complex.

Great location. Very close to the beach and all shops an restaurants. Very nice terrasse with sea views and confortable terassse furniture (even thought the coussions would need replacement). Nice and clean swimming pool. The pool area is very well taken care of. It is very clean. Based on some previous reviews I was scared that it would be too noisy. There is indeed a bar right opposite, but it is just people talking and no loud music. With the windows closed we managed to sleep well.

Very convenient for the supermarket, shops and bar. A good complex with 2 swimming pools and a bar with some daytime entertainment.
