Brilliant hotel and staff , we will be back in the very near future and many more times after that too. The staff are multilingual speaking English. Spanish, French and German. They are very welcoming and helpful. The food is some of the best hotel food we've everything had. The hotel is mins away from Yumbo centre and the beach. The Spa area , massage and gym facilities are wonderful. Beds are very comfortable and with all important air conditioning

This is one of the best self catering properties that I have ever stayed in, during my extensive travels - high quality furniture, fittings and appliances; hotel grade quality bedding and towels; exceptionally clean. The added bonus is the quaint terrace/garden area (overlooking the pool, although secluded enough to provide privacy to enjoy the luxurious hot tub/jacuzzi). It took approximately 10-15 minutes to walk to the centre of Playa del Ingles and a total of 25 minutes to walk to the beach. The host - Javi, was responsive, professional and polite. This place is an absolute gem!

Amazing experience, it's the second year me and my wife are booking this hotel and doesn't disappoint! The location is perfect at just 5-6 min walking from the beach and with many bars and restaurants around to explore. Also a super market just up the street. Easy to get to the bus station as well, at only a couple minutes away.

We chose this property for the heated pool and hot tub, and enjoyed using those (February half-term). The property has a long U shaped pool. Not all of it was heated, but the part that was was still a good size (not rectangular, but probably similar area to a typical 25m pool). The water was cooler than the (indoor) pools we go to in the UK - it was fine for me as long as I was actively swimming, slightly on the cold side if not. The hot tub is warm rather than hot. Bungalow/location all good.

I liked everything about this hotel one of the best hotel to stay in with your family plenty of activities for the kids and adults, food was very nice everyday all day, rooms were comfortable, clean and big, main swimming pool was big and clean, also there is a pool for kids with slides and more. Staff were very nice and always tried their best to satisfy customers. I will definitely be back.

Considering the size of the hotel they managed to provide a huge delicious breakfast. The swimming pools surrounded with palm trees, coupled with a heated and an unheated outdoor pools, were very relaxing and spotless. Great transport links to other parts of the Island.

We had a lovely stay at El Palmital. The bungalow had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was great to have a private sun bed in front of the bungalow and a table outdoors where we enjoyed breakfast. Water in swimming pool was very nice, without chlorine and just a step away from our room. The location is very close to bus stops, the dunes, shops and great restaurant / bar selection.

The complimentary transfer from the airport. The location is very convenient, and the outdoor areas are well maintained, including the swimming pool and hot-tub. We were on the Lower Ground floor and had a usable terrace with direct access to the communal areas. The welcome water & wine and the daily (free) bread delivery were a nice touch. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
