I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly (special thanks to Nik and Sofia). The breakfast was great, with a nice buffet and fresh options like eggs, juice, pancakes, and waffles cooked on the spot. The location is perfect – right on the promenade, just steps from the beach with comfortable sunbeds. There’s also a rooftop pool (though quite small, but great for a refreshing dip), bar, and amazing sea views, plus a small spa with hammam and massages. The room was very clean, housekeeping every day and the bed super comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary cava from the hotel and the daily water refills in the room 🫶 I would definitely come back!

The gardens are fabulous and the pool is also great . You are also above a lovely secluded beach so you can take a swim there too . They have also opened a new area next door whilst we were there . It’s has another pool; loads of loungers; a bar and 3 extras suites above . Plus the spa is incredible - pool, jacuzzi; cold room; sauna and multiple different showers and jets to try . The room we had was superb . Well laid out; sufficient cupboards; luxurious gowns and slippers. The decor is laid back elegant in tones of ecru, oak and white . The couches and bed are fabulously comfortable and the bed linen is crisp. The towels are an excellent quality as well as the toiletry products . The bathroom or changing room could do with somewhere to hang the bath towels as there are only 2 hooks in the bathroom and the gowns were on those. The hotel is a blissful oasis of quiet and calm . The staff are a delight and friendly. The main town is about 10-15 minutes walk and there are many restaurants and shops . The breakfast at the hotel is incredible and the pastry, cake and bread section is next level . We enjoyed the lunch on the patio and the main restaurant . We stayed in a sea view suite but we saw the delux rooms and they were lovely too .

One of the best vacation we ever had..... i o know where to start :) The apartment is beautiful and super compfy. Parking is next to apartment 1 min walk. Calm neighbourhood. Swimming pool perfect after sea is in the complex Beach only 5 min walk , which was bonus for cuz no need to drive and we found place on the beach every time... its not sandy beach but witt small stones( again plus for us) City - you can find everything there bars , groceries, etc. But generally not super crowded with tourist. Ideal mix for families Aquapark in the city so again no need to travel far from apartment. So we can recommend apartment and it was 10 out of 10 for us.

The apartment was excellent – spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. It was perfectly equipped (including two TVs, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a microwave) and had everything needed for a 10-day stay. There was a clean swimming pool available in the garden. Parking was possible in a quiet street right in front of the house. Meeting the owner was very pleasant; we received two sets of keys and everything was clearly explained to us. We were also pleasantly surprised by a welcome gift waiting in the fridge. The location was very quiet. Nearby there was a wooded hill, perfect for walks with dogs, and in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation there was a beautiful beach with two beachfront restaurants.

Very good! Nice house, nice small yard with privacy, good location in the city (litterally 7 minutes walk from one of the beaches), swimming pool in the compound.

I've been coming back to Platja D'aro for many years and finally booked Ciutat de Palol and I'm so glad I did. What a wonderful place. Immaculate gardens, beautiful swimming pool, fab apartment with terrace and great location. Staff were extremely friendly too. Friends and family visited for the day and will be booking next year.

The location is one of the best you can find. The proximity to the beach within its own "caleta", the swimming pool and the restaurant make it a quite precious and unforgettable experience. They also fixed the elevators, that was one of the points I mentioned last year.

Receptionists were very nice, kind and helpful. I want to say special thanks to Sergi, he helped me a lot with calling the taxi and one day when pool wasn't working, he called the specialist to fix it and even called me on the phone to confirm that it's working again in less than 30 minutes. The pool area is very nice, quiet and clean. Once there was a dj during the day at the swimming pool. Very good breakfast, with a big variety of food. Very comfortable beds, with many pillows. Very close to the sea but in a quiet area.
