Very good food, good selection on menu despite being Oct & fewer tourists . Staff / owners / hosts extremely nice, kind, helpful, offered a different bedroom on other side of the hotel because the cattle had been moved to a field beside the hotel just before we arrived as they were concerned that the bells on the cattle would disturb our sleep - the cattle did not disturb us at all (even the light sleeper who wakes at almost everything). We were made to feel very welcome. Owners even lent us walking poles & refused our attempts to pay for the pole we damaged. Simply couldn’t have been better hosts. Stunning views of Picos de Europa. Peaceful, beautiful location. Would definitely stay here again & stay for longer. Exceeded expectations.

We stayed in no. 33, a large 3 bedroom end of terrace house spread over 3 floors. The view from the 2nd and 3rd floor windows are spectacular, the rooms very comfortable and nicely furnished. Top floor is luxurious with 4 post super king bed, walk in wardrobe and a large modern en suite. We found the beds very comfortable. The house was super clean and they changed our bedding and towels after 4 days. The complex is tasteful, clean and elegantly landscaped. The pool was warm and it was a treat to swim with such a spectacular view of the mountains. We often had the pool to ourselves. Location was good for us and not too far from Potes and the places that we wanted to visit. The staff were incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The combination of this wonderful house, the Portsmouth to Bilboa ferry (we allegedly saw 500 dolphins) and the wildlife and wilderness of the Picos Mountains, this has been one of our favourite holidays. We loved our stay here.

This is a paradise. Very nice location. Great place, great room. Nicest breakfast in the last years. And the baths are wonderful. Worth each cent spent. Really loved. The external baths, hot pools, are excellent. Staff was very nice. We would like to thank and post a compliment to the lady who assisted us at the internal bath. Very nice, lended us a swin cap.

Location good a 20 minute flat walk into Potes. The staff very good. Room clean, comfortable and quiet. Plenty of parking. Breakfast very good. Never used the swimming pool as the weather not brilliant. Would stay again if in the area. The restaurant was very good.

The hotel is well known as a great base for motorbikes to stay and explore the area. Huge parking off street, swimming pool, good breakfast to start the day's travels, good rooms and really nice staff on the desk and the bar. 10-15mins easy walk into town for restaurants. We didn't try the hotel's restaurant but it looked a good menu and price comparable with restaurants in town.

After previously staying here we just had to come back. The staff are great and always on hand to help. The room was perfect with a comfy bed and spotlessly clean. The swimming pool is great to use at the end of a busy day.

Nice super king size bed, Beautiful views from the balcony which overlooked Potes, good sized swimming pool, plenty of parking especially as we were on a motorcycle, very short walk to the supermarket.

Amazing place. Close to main attractions, the territory is huge and very beautiful, place has everything and more for children. It is like a piece of paradise. Swimming pool is big and what is cool that its always warm inside. For my daughter it was amazing, she even didn't want to leave the territory, everything is very well thought and done for your amazing vacations.
