We really loved this hotel! The location is fantastic, the rooms are spacious and everything is very clean. The view of the forest is simply stunning, and in the morning the birdsong is absolutely beautiful. We liked it so much that we actually came back — we were on a road trip and it was very convenient that the hotel has its own parking. It’s also close to Bilbao, with an easy and comfortable drive. At first, we planned to stay just one night, but we liked it so much we returned and stayed another night. The breakfast was excellent, the pool was great — everything was just perfect. The bed was very comfortable, including the pillows, and the room had everything we needed. It was also a lovely surprise to receive a complimentary bottle of wine. A perfect stay!

Beautiful property in a beautiful setting. Loved the visits from the cats and birds. Comfortable beds and great shower. Nothing too much trouble for the host. Will be back.

We stayed here before an early flight from Bilbao and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The rooms were comfortable, the surroundings very pleasant, and everything was spotlessly clean. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful—even in good spirits despite Athletic Bilbao’s loss that evening! We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

This 17th-century palace offers wonderful views in a a quiet, natural setting. It is situated 12 km from the centre of Bilbao, 5 km from Bilbao Sondika Airport.

Breakfast had a vast variety of goods and coffee. All were fresh and delicious There is an indoor swimming pool and usual amenities The surrounding gardens/ landscape are very nice There is golf terrain for those who play golf The superior room was spacious and clean The bed was huge and very comfortable. We stayed here for a couple of nights and the owners Anna and Joseph were fantastic - very friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home in their house. The breakfasts and home cooked dinner were delicious. The rooms were very comfortable and the pool and garden is very nice. Our hosts couldn't do enough for us, even taking one of us to the hospital the morning of check-out! We had a wonderful time.

I cannot tell you how incredible this booking was. 10/10 doesn’t do it justice. Complete safety in a gated community, incredible views and then the property itself is immaculate and has everything you need. I’m just sad we only needed 2 days here. The host was and is fantastic too; so friendly and attentive. Perfect score, perfect stay.

Beautiful house, I had a really nice room in the attic. The owner was really nice and welcoming, making sure I had all I could need. The countryside surrounding is breathtaking, all green and rolling hills. Unfortunately I did not have much time to enjoy that aspect this time as I had an early flight next day. The connection to the airport is fantastic, 10+ minutes by car, so it is an excellent alternative to a hotel airport.
