The apartment was spotless and cozy, and the surroundings were completely quiet (only in the evenings did a little tawny owl sometimes bid us goodnight :). The town is picturesque, peaceful, and safe. We felt right at home, but the greatest asset was definitely the hosts – curious, very friendly people who made us feel like friends. If we needed anything, it was never the slightest problem; they went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. An exceptional stay with exceptional people – makes you want to come back again.

There was a wide choice for breakfast (also for vegetarians), including very good coffee. We had a huge beautiful room with 3 windows with the spectacular view of the Plaza de Espana. The room was soundproofed. The hotel is located on Gran Via street with lots of shops, restaurants and theatres and very close to the metro stop. We also visited Rooftop bar and we enjoyed the wonderful view and vibrant atmosphere (it was for free for hotel guests).

Breakfast was amazing, room extremely comfortable i would say one of the most comfortable beds i have slept in at a hotel. Location was central walking distance from many of the sites and shopping close by. Great restaurants surrounding. Hotel restaurants were also very good.
