Very friendly welcome and professional support. A fantastic, spacious, cozy, well-equipped suite with a huge terrace with a breathtaking view over Morro Jable and the sea. The location is very good, just a few steps away from nice restaurants, bars and shops. After a leisurely walk through the still authentic town center, you can reach the fantastic beach and promenade in just a few minutes. An unforgettably beautiful and relaxing holiday spot.

We had spent the previous week in occidental Jandía playa. Tui magic was a breath of fresh air from the moment we arrived early in reception. The receptionist Mary Anne was so friendly, smiling and happy. We noticed this with all the staff on site, they were clearly just happy going about their daily work routine which made the stay just happier and upbeat. The gentleman on the bar over night went way above and beyond to get us gluten free food at 2am! And being completely calm with rowdy drunk customers in the early hours, he is a very hard worker, he didn’t stop the entire night! The 2 women on the bar in the morning deserve medals for the amount of piña coladas they mixed and poured me to drink! They will remember who I am from this comment alone 😂 I thank them all and we did put all of our change into the staff tip box on the reception as a thank you. Food was amazing, well labeled for allergens and not once did I end up glutened from badly labeled food as what had happened several times in the occidental. The hotel was the cleanest I’ve ever been to and the upkeep by the gardeners was lovely to see, they really look after the hotel and grounds well. We will most certainly be back!, soon no doubt 🙂

Professional reception at the reception, advance check-in at the hotel shortened our check-in upon arrival. Extremely friendly staff in the restaurant and bar. Very pleased with the sea view from our room. Despite arriving late at the hotel, they provided us with a cold dinner. We were very satisfied with breakfast and dinner, we did not try lunch and the snack bar because we explored the island all day. From the restaurant, the path to the room led us past a beautiful swimming pool with heated water. The hotel surroundings are very nicely decorated with green trees.

From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the exceptional receptionist, Fabio, who truly made my stay remarkable. His attentiveness and dedication to providing exceptional customer service were evident throughout my stay by also providing personalised recommendations, helping me make the most of my visit. I must also say all other staff members (except of one whom name I don‘t want to put on the internet) took time to engage friendly conversations, creating welcoming atmoshpere that made me feel like a valued guest. Definitely important to mention, everyone‘s positive energy was contagious, which I needed after a stressful period at work. You all are true superstars - thank you so much for creating an extraordinary stay! I will be back again!!

The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed to stay there. Basically equipped in the kitchen but enough. Comfy beds, good storage space, lots of room generally. There was a roof top swimming pool with sun loungers on several of the roof areas.The building was very well situated for many restaurants, the beach, the big Euro Spar and a China Shop.

Patrizia on Reception. She went over and beyond her duties. The location is great but not for people who cant walk too far as it is uphill from the beach. The hotel has a bar, an ATM, a swimming pool and a laundry room. Great facilities

We enjoyed the water park, swimming pools, playground and gardens all around the buildings. Mealtimes were a pleasure too for all of us, a family with different tastes in food. Personally, I appreciated freshly cooked seafood and free cava bottle room service on my birthday.
