We had a wonderful family stay at Maria's house. The house is cozily furnished and well equipped. Outside there is a children's play area, a swimming pool and a wonderful garden where bananas, avocados, papayas and other fruits grow (which for people from another part of Europe is quite a surprise). Maria is a very warm person and you can see that she puts a lot of heart into running the house and making sure guests feel comfortable ☺️ We highly recommend this place, it is also a great base for exploring the northern part of the island and you won't see such a beautiful sky anywhere else

The hotel met our expectations! The breakfast and dinner were very tasty, although the quality of the drinks could be improved. If you enjoy a proper cappuccino or espresso, be prepared for instant coffee instead. The quiet surroundings were a big plus, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The swimming pool was a highlight with its heated water and reasonable length, perfect for a swim. Additionally, the staff was very kind and attentive. The room was spacious and tidied up every day, and there was fast internet provided. I celebrated my birthday during our stay and was pleasantly surprised to receive a card with wishes and candies from the hotel – a completely unexpected but very thoughtful gesture!

The host was super kind and always available fast if there was any question during and also before the booking, she was really motivated to fulfill all requests like a portable heating if needed, new towels, early check-in without extra-charge and asked several times if we need anything else. The appartment is located very close to the beach between city center and Loro Park (both about 10-15 minutes walking which is perfect in my opinion). There are two shops directly at the building that open early and close late and they are only slightly more expensive than the normal supermarket (also have kind employees there) If you really want to look for every cent you can also go to Alteza in the city which is a big normal supermarket and is also only 10-15 minutes by walking. Also some nice foodplaces are around the building, especially santi's grill (best burgers i had so far and i am eating many of them 😉) The appartment itself has everything you need (waterkettle, microwave, capsule-machine for coffee, toaster, pans, dishes, plates and also basic thing like plastic-wrap, aluminiumpaper, salt/pepper, sugar, oil, some herbs) for at least 4 people. Only the oven isn't working, but you do not need it if there is a microwave and stoves My girlfriend and me were staying there as a couple, my dad and a friend of him were staying in another pension in the city and often came to us for breakfast (i will send pictures for better imagination). It also has a big balcony with a table, a bank and two chairs which was more than enough for the 4 of us to have breakfast in the morning outside. Inside is enough space too. And the local food (fuits, cheese, ham, chorizo, bakeries etc.) is tasting great, i prefer it over every hotel-buffet. What can i say, the name is fitting and although it seems comparable simple, you have all what you need for a really good price

We had a wonderful family stay at Maria's house. The house is cozily furnished and well equipped. Place is amazingly beautiful and big but not crowded. The place where the breakfast has place, is open 24/7 and is provided with microwave, you cannot order food beyond breakfast but is greatly comfortable being able to use this facilities. Swimming pool 24/7 open.

The bedroom had a large comfortable bed with very good bed linen and an excellent ensuite shower room with good towels. The swimming pool and refreshments room open all hours with hot drinks readily available was a bonus. It was all very clean. The premises were secure our room had good views of Teide.

Wonderful finca amidst a well tended growing area (finca). Wonderful swimming pool. Very nice welcome pack of local cheese and ham and fruit from the Finca estate. Very friendly and helpful staff Talia and Kevin. Thank you so much.

People who work there are lovely. The place has all you need to be comfortable. Very good breakfast. Nice warm swimming pool..

The size of the room (which turned out to be self contained apartment!), big bathroom.and big shower. Access to the swimming pool through my back door. The apartment sparkling clean so was the swimming pool. Also well maintained. Good choice at breakfast. Free parking adjacent to the hotel.

It was quiet expansive and private. Views were to dream of. Full size huge swimming pool. Excellent kitchen. Very quirky in places as it was a reclaimed chapel. So many different outdoor and indoor areas to sit. Emelio was a brilliant host and supplied us with loads of mangoes and avocado pears - they were excellent.
