A real boutique hotel. Taking care of all details, walking the extra mile to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. I was there with my family and they equally enjoyed the place. So quite and peaceful feeling as soon as you enter the hotel with breathtaking spectacular snd scenic views. The hotel is very close to Alhambra, less than 10 minutes away I will definitely return for a longer stay just to relax and enjoy the swimming pool and the beautiful panoramic view from the pool. I also understand that there are good horse riding facilities nearby, so horse riders..... this is the place to be. Breakfast was so good with a nice spread, and most importantly, their coffee was just perfect. It really complemented the breakfast. The staff was very friendly. So overall, this hotel deserves a 10 rating.

Upon arrival with my hybrid car, the person who dealed with the valet service asked me if I would like my battery to be charged while my car was parked in the garage. I found this extremely considerate and it set the tone of the rest of my stay. The staff showed a trully helpfull attitude at all times and delivered a high standard service. The rooms were very comfortable. The Spa was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. But the best of all was the ski-service in the hotel. It was super easy to get a ski-pass and ski materials in the hotel. On top of this, the hotel is located on the slope, so not hustle at all.

What a find! A cosy little cave apartment felt like a piece of hidden paradise. The apartment was spotlessly clean, great facilities including WiFi and log fire. The host couldn't do enough for us, really was exceptional service. Location was perfect, a lovely village with stream and hiking routes. Also, just 40 minutes on the bus to main Granada.
