Stayed here because I wanted to be close to this side of the city . The check in was very smooth with the receptionist speaking excellent English. The aparthotel is very modern and has an excellent space in the lobby .room was very clean and comfortable, AC worked very well as was needed . Used the swimming pool which was a welcome relief from the heat . The cafe had excellent coffee ☕. Area well serviced by a few bus routes to the city centre and atocha

The hotel is at a great location in the center of madrid with some lovely restaurants in the area. It is also very close to the metro so traveling within the city from the hotel is quite easy. I am an architect with a design firm which is into luxury hospitality design and i can attest this is a very well designed hotel. The hotel is music themed with painted portraits of artists all over the hotel including the rooms. The room and the bathroom were spacious with very good neutral toned finishes. The hotel has nice restaurants and bars and a cabaret theater. Unfortunately I wasn't able to watch the cabaret show but it seemed like it would have been a good experience. They offer discounts for hotel residents for the show tickets. The hotel was a bit pricey but I think it was good value for money if you're looking for a quality luxury hotel.

The location is fantastic, and the hospitality is even better. When we mentioned our early checkout, the hotel staff arranged to deliver breakfast to us the evening before so we could have it ready in the morning although we checked out at 6 AM.

Very clean hotel, comfortable beds,very friendly personell, trying to help with usefull information for turists! Perfect quite location very close to metro station, approx. 3 minutes walking. Direct metro line to the city centre (Gran via, Teatro Real, Opera, Plaza Mayor,...). Good value for money! Warmly recommend!
