Food is superior compared to what we've seen on other hotels at Red Sea: variety of Italian food.
The apartment was large, clean and cozy.
Staff is very friendly and helpful, do not try to charge your for anything additionally.
Animation and facilities are also nice.
Its interesting that majority of guests are Italian, together with Italian food and the staff who also speak Italian, feels like a small Italy.
All in all - highly recommended.

Czech RepublicHow should I rate this stay... Upon arrival at the hotel, we were surprised—the reception is beautiful, everything is clean, and the staff is very friendly. A welcome drink and a moist towel for refreshment are a standard here. We arrived at the hotel as early as 9:00 AM, and to our surprise, our room was already prepared for us. Before checking in, we went to enjoy breakfast (which was excellent). Unfortunately, we were given the wrong room, which had separate beds instead of a double bed. However, this was not a problem that Abdelsalam (the front office manager) couldn’t solve within a few minutes. Within 20 minutes, we were moved to a new, beautiful room.
Regarding the accommodation:
The rooms are very nice and modern. Since it's a new hotel, you might encounter a few minor issues (in our case, the air conditioning stopped working for a day), but a quick call to the reception, and everything is resolved to your satisfaction within minutes. The rooms are exceptionally well-equipped, and you will find everything you need for your stay. We greatly appreciated the regular restocking of the minibar. We had a Swim-up Junior room, which has direct access to the pool, and there was nothing to criticize about the room.
Regarding the staff:
We were pleasantly surprised that everyone greeted us and smiled at us. Any request or question was handled with a smile. We would especially like to thank the gentlemen (probably the restaurant managers) of the Italian and Asian restaurants, the friendly waiter named Samy, and the excellent bartender Abd.

The room is big, clean and cleaned daily, all toileterries provided, terrace is wonderful, equipped and beautiful view inclusive of sound of the waves! 😊 The pool is big, area around is spacious and all staff is extremely kind and helpful. I liked that its stress free zone, no overcommunication but just as normal. They promote wellness and peace, have beautiful gardens and nice beach access with jetties.
Wonderful Karen's room, free fruit all day, clean water to drink, and many more details.
The two main highlights for me are - cuisine, that means kitchen and their staff! They are simply wonderful, dishes are carefully curated with daily selection and fresh, specific good tastes where you find adequate mix of traditional and modern. Yhe staff greets us for every meal and is wonderful to communicate with, always helpful and nice coffee on spot, desserts as well. The chef is great person and super kind!
Another one is Red Sea Project next to lodge, its a must visit!!! Their organisation, daily trips, knowledgable staff and commitment to values of nature, its preservation and no mass tourism is what striked us. We went to daily excursion to Wadi Gemal and half day excursion where we saw green turttle and dugong, its a lifetime experience and I well recommend you support their cause!
All in all, the fantastic 5 days ending to our two weeks trip, simply 5 stars!

RomaniaBoth the resort and the rooms were beautiful and clean. It looked just like the pictures on Booking. The staff was always helpful, they were ready to do everything they could to make you happy. The cleaning staff was the best I have ever seen. The always respected the do not disturb sign, never entered the room without your express permission, they were attentive and only cleaned when you were not in the room. I slept well, the beds were comfortable with long, soft pillows I wish I had at home!
The weather was perfect, it was 32 degrees, but felt like 25, warm but with a refresing wind. The sea was warm. It is very shallow near the beach, you have to go really far to be able to swimm. There is a very long wooden pier, at the end of which you kan snorkle.
The food was good and varied, buffet style. Only the drinks are brought to you by waiters. There is a main restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and diner and there are à la carte restaurants where you can have dinner, but only if you booked a day in advance. Only 2 dinners in the à la carte restaurants are included in the all inclusive package.
There was no moskito problem except when I had diner at the sea food restaurant by the beach.
It is not a non smoking hotel, but very few people smoked so I was not bothered.

First, the welcome comittee at the check-in counter. I was welcomed with a cocktail. They invited me to wait in the very spacious lobby.
Second, the rooms. The rooms are sooo spacious, so cosy, tea and coffee, high quality towels, comfortable beds, a splendid view on the pool and the resort. All more than enjoyable.
Third, the restaurant. Oh my God. The freshness of the products, the variety of meals, the presentation...put that restaurant at a very high standing level. I have to and must not forget to mention the manager Hassan and his team, not to forget Ali. They are as sweet as the cakes we can taste. They treat you like someone so special. Thank you soooo much !!
Fourh, the pool, fresh smelling towels, incredible staff , special dedicace to Abdu :-)
This place is Heaven on Earth. I wish i could have been able to stay more than 2 days.
I highly highly recommend this resort to anymore who is looking for a sophisticated place mixed with a 'at home' feeling.
Thank you to the GREAT management of that resort as well. They are accessible, close to the customers to make your stay something you will never forget.
Egypt can be proud to have a place like Amarina Queen .

The resort is in a good position, it has a large swimming pool area and a nice sandy beach with a large bar.
It's possible to swim just from the pier where the reef is very beautiful.
In rhe resort it's possible to book several excursions.
Food is good and various, typically medio eastern.

To be honest everything was exceptional.
The staff were very friendly and helpful I would not have expected that much friendly people.
The staff that work at the swimming pools were also friendly and kind.
If a friend of mine wanted to visit marsa Alam I would recommend Sataya resort.
One last this special thanks goes to Mr.Ali who made our stay more enjoyable he is the most friendly and helpful person I have ever met.

Excellent service, Mr. Sayed, the receptionist, is more than excellent and provides all means of comfort, professional performance.
The cleanliness of swimming pools is better than many hotels.
The spaciousness of the room and the performance of room service are more than wonderful.
The resort is very spacious and contains all sports activities.
Restaurants are good, but need some cooling and large seating areas for families or large groups.
An enjoyable trip that I recommend repeating.

An excellent welcome, especially Mr. Sayed from the reception, who is more than helpful and good at solving problems if any.
Quality and cleanliness of swimming pools.
Cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms.
The resort is very spacious and contains everything you and your family need.
Room service is more than wonderful.
Food and restaurants are varied every day.

The Portofino Village is super, very comfortable, huge and there is everything inside, 7 swimming pools, a 2km of beach, gym, acqua park, spa, show for the night, 5 restaurants and everything you need!
The staff is super helpful, they help us for everything, especially Haitham Ali is very nice, he helps us for everything from the check-in, for the taxi to the airports and for all we ask you to him, he was always ready to help us!
We will return!!!

The hotel is just amazing for leisure! Food, swimming pool, room all very nice! And I want to mention Seyda specifically, he just makes our stay here like home throughout my stay! Highly recommended!

The beach is otherwordly, beautiful bungalows with fascinating furniture, excellent room service and additional care for honeymooners like us! Our stay at Pickalbatross took us to another world. Wonderful swimming pools, night tike activities, beach games and animation at night. Amazing food options and cuisines, staff is extremely helpful especially Mr. Haitham who was with us every single day, taking care of all our issues, making sure we are satisfied. A million thanks to you, Mr. Haitham!
