She is a wonderful and professional person who not only solved a problem we faced but also made our stay extremely comfortable. The Chedi El Gouna is a wonderful place if you’re looking for a pleasant and comfortable holiday getaway. Really cosy while spacious and well furnished rooms (really recommend the Junior Suite category), amazing and attentive, overly friendly staff, great resort right at the beach with amazing outdoor pools with cabanas free of charge and a well equipped gym (Technogym gear). Half board and Nikon restaurant also highly recommended.
