Personnel was great, from Nasser at the lobby. Our waiter Salah Mohammed and also the cleaning done by Salah!!! Team of all waiters at the bar were also always very kind. A super plus is also when you don't want the animation you can always go to the chill-zone to pass your stay peacefully...staring at the beauty from the Red Sea.

Reception accommodating our request and proactively proposing an apartment that fulfilled our wishes; quality of of food and choices and variation are fantastic; easiness to go in the sea and do some basic snorkeling is very worthwhile. Many very friendly staff (contrary to what one sometimes experiences in other places when traveling through Egypt) and to name a few: person at reception and manager of reception; Ahmed, the manager at our breakfast, lunch and dinner is exceptional customer friendly and sensitive to specific needs; also Mohamed Barhoum as well as the staff creating the perfect Danish pastry.

Jaz hotel groups as usual were very hospitable, Mr. Husam and Muhammed from reception were very accommodating, showed us several rooms until we were satisfied. Mr. Islam from Guest relations was always following with us during our stay and did not hestitate to give us all we requested and more. The coral was beautiful, the food was various and delicious. The staff everywhere were very hospitable. Best vacation and very recommended.

Very helpful and welcoming staff, from reception to the restaurant and also the beach bar and beach helpers. The room cleaning team is also great (my wife especially liked the animal and flower-shaped towels). Food as diverse as possible and good (you can certainly find stuff to like). The rooms and bathrooms were adequately sized. Very nice view (yes some rooms are still in renovation but the rest is looking great and well taken care of - some people were even mowing the grass).

This place is excellent in all ways: all hard working staff from lobby(thank you very much Ali!) to restaurant workers, to our room boy; the food - everything you can imagine, besides fast food:), super fresh, excellent cooked; the grounds, swimming pools, comfortable beds... Diving shop right on the property - great service. Our family love it so much, we already booked another trip in November.

Everything is perfect: reception (Alaa gives you an immediate warm feeling), design, location, space, plenty of large swimming pools - some heated, quiet, amazing good and restaurants, top service everywhere (thank you Ayman for excellent pool services), nothing is too much and everything is possible, amazing whiws every night !

The big territory - shared space of 6 hotels, where you can walk or run along the sea, a lot of swimming pools. Location in the bay. Polite and attentive personnel. Cleanliness. High quality and variability of food. Live music in the evening, professional shows - dancing performances. Good for divers. The majority of guests were from Poland and Germany, which is comfortable personally for me.

The hotel was amazing. I got an upgrade to a room with both the scenery of the swimming pool and the beach. The staff were pretty nice, caring and helpful. Activities in the hotel were quite versatile and entertaining. Also, the beach has all the beautiful aqua life that does not wanna make you explore anything outside the hotel.
